Clear, deep lemon leaning towards gold in colour. Pronounced aroma of fresh peach flesh with a creamy note reminiscent of peaches and cream, with subtle honey and lemon. Smooth, mouth filling texture with fresh tangy acidity balanced with lingering, juicy sweetness. Vibrant lemon peel and peach sorbet, balanced with deeper notes of intense peach puree and a hint of orange blossom. The sweetness dissipates quickly leaving a lingering flavour of peach skin and subtle marzipan.
