Shipping policy

  1. Introduction

1.1 This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders made via our website www.burntfaith.com

 

  1. Delivery

 

2.1 Our standard deliveries are made within 2-5 working days by our delivery partner. Other options including same day or instant delivery may be available depending on your location and order requirements.

 

2.2 There is a flat delivery charge rate of £4.99 per order that will be added at checkout.

 

  1. Geographical limitations

 

3.1

We ship anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Highlands of Scotland.

Normal deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

3.2 We may from time to time agree to delivery products to other areas.

 

  1. Receipt and signature

 

4.1 We may request ID on delivery as verification that you are over the age of 18. Accepted forms of ID are:

 

Passport

European Union photocard driving licence

Photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram

National identity card issued by a European Union member state (other than the United Kingdom), Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland

 

4.2 We will not deliver goods to anyone who appears to be drunk or under the influence of alcohol.

 

  1. Delivery problems & undeliverable orders

5.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at info@burntfaith.com

 

5.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault,  we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products or collection; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery:

 

5.3 An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

 

    (a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;

 

    (b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

 

    (c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

 

    (d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

 

    (e) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

 

5.4 If a parcel is undeliverable it will be returned to us, there are several reasons why a parcel may be returned including the reasons above and if the parcel is damaged in transit.
