The Brandy

This brandy has spent three years maturing in bourbon casks fired with flame. Charred Kentucky casks still echoing with American bourbon, create an elegant, smooth finish.

THE COFFEE

We teamed up with Climpson & Sons to provide a unique cold-brew - 60% Brazilian Daterra, 40% Colombian Planadas - a mix that hits with rich dark chocolate, fresh cherry brightness and a slow-rolling caramel warmth.

The result

Blended in our East London Brandy house, the result is a coffee brandy that’s bold, modern and unapologetically alive.
